Sometimes, you just want cake! Trust me...I know! ;) This recipe is so yummy, packed with NUTRIENTS (whaaaaat??!), and won't leave you feeling like you just blew your healthy eating!
You'll need...
4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chocolate Shakeology (there are those nutrients we talked about! I used vegan shakeo.)
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp vanilla almond/soy milk
Small handful of chocolate chips (I used dairy-free chips.)
Mix everything but the chocolate chips together in your mug. Make sure to leave some room in the mug, because your cake will rise a bit. After it's mixed, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and microwave for about 2 minutes! CAKE!
