“What the heck does a Beachbody coach
do??”
Well, I’m so glad you asked! :)
Beachbody coaching is all about getting
fit, inspiring others to do the same, and meeting a bunch of really
awesome people who want to end the trend of obesity in this country.
That’s it! It’s all about inspiring and helping people to become
the best possible version of themselves! Who wouldn't want to be a
part of that??
There are a couple of different types
of coaching depending on what you want to do and what you want to
gain from Beachbody. The video below explains all that so I don’t
have to type it ;)
Alright, so you just watched the video
and you’re all like, “Oh my gosh, that is so cool! I so want in
on that! But…”
…”I’m not a fitness expert, and
I’m not really where I want to be fitness-wise yet.”
Great! We have something in common! I’m
not a fitness expert either, and I have definitely not met all of the
goals that I have for my body yet. That’s the great thing about
Beachbody… ANYONE can be a great coach! Are you going through a
fitness transformation? Are you a mom/dad? Are you working a job that
you don’t like or more than one job? Do you want to be able to work
from home? Are you tired of driving to the gym just to get stared at
by weird people? Are you married? Do you like the color pink? Do you
have pets? Do you love the movie Frozen wayyyy too much?
If you answered yes to any of those
questions, then you can relate to people and help them reach their
fitness goals. All that I do as a Beachbody coach is get to know
people, find out if Beachbody can serve a need that they may have,
and help them find out how. And if a program, shakeology, or coaching
isn’t for them, then I just made a NEW FRIEND! HOW COOL!
…”Isn’t Beachbody a huge pyramid
scheme?”

…”The thing is, I’m not a
salesperson. I don’t want to push this on people.”
Same here! Woooo, glad we feel the same
way. I’m more of a shareperson. I have found what works for me. I
am not the person that can spend the time driving to the gym, workout
for a couple of hours, and drive back. I’m not the type of person
that always wants to cook a really healthy meal. Because of this,
Beachbody programs work for me, and I NEED my shakeology. I know from
talking to people, that others feel the same way. And I want to tell
them my "secret!" All I do is share what works for me and help
others figure out if it could work for them!
…”Well you see, I just don’t have
any time. Between all three of my jobs that I hate, and taking care
of my family, I just can’t commit to anything right now.”
Oh, you’re stuck doing things that you
don’t want to do, and that barely leaves you any time for your
family?? HELLOOOO! That’s why you need this! First of all, I don’t
have a ton of time either. I have a full time job with the military,
and they keep me pretty busy. :) I commit about an hour each day to
Beachbody, and that’s it. Easy, right? I don’t know your
situation fully, but I do know that if you want this, you can find
the time for it, and I can help you find a way to make it work!
All I can tell
you is that Beachbody coaching has done wonders for my life (see My
Story), and I would LOVE to share that with each and every one of
