When I decided to follow a plant-based lifestyle, there were a couple of things that I absolutely dreaded giving up. (I THOUGHT I had to give them up! Turns out that I don't!) Caesar salad was one of them! Soooooo, I found a couple of recipes on the internet, and tweaked them to make this bomb.com dressing for you!
What you need
1/4 cup lemon juice
A couple dashes of salt ;)
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
3-5 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon mustard (dijon)
1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 olive oil (you can use other types of oil, but I think this one works best!)
What you need to do
It's just as easy as you think! Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and mix until creamy. If you're not going to use it right away, refrigerate it in an airtight container to keep it fresh, and use it within a couple of days. Enjoy :)
