Healthy "Ice Cream"


It is no surprise to you if you have been following me for any time at all that I am OBSESSED with ice cream. I am the type of girl that will drive to the store at 9pm and grab some because I was trying to be healthy by not having it in the house. Total fail, right??

Enter:  Nice cream. Or healthy ice cream to be exact.

This stuff was soooo good. I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that it's just like ice cream, but it definitely will kill the craving. Which is something I need just about every night. ;) AND I bet that you have most, if not all, the ingredients around your house.

What you need...
2 frozen bananas
1/4-1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
A bit of cinnamon ( so exact, I know)
Cocoa powder to taste (that is, if you want to make it chocolate)

What you do...
1. Peel the frozen bananas, cut them into smaller pieces, and place in a food processor (blender works too)
2. Pour the almond milk, cinnamon, and cocoa powder into the food processor
3. Mix until creamy (You may have to move chunks around with a spatula in between mixing to make sure it's creamy)
4. EAT!
